A good fit between a therapist and a client can predict successful therapy outcomes. Prior to booking an appointment, we offer a free phone consultation to help you determine whether therapy with one of our therapists will be helpful for you. During the consultation we will discuss:
• The reasons you’re seeking therapy
• A brief assessment of your concerns
• The therapist’s style and approach to therapy
• Any questions you might have for the therapist
• Scheduling an appointment or referrals to additional resources
Location
Our office is located in Northeast Los Angeles in Highland Park. It’s conveniently located off of the 110. Many of my clients commute from Elysian Park, Mt. Washington, Glassell Park, Silver Lake, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Echo Park, Downtown Los Angeles, Los Feliz, Atwater Village, and the San Gabriel Valley.

Fees
Individual 50 minute sessions:
Licensed Therapists: $190-$250
Associate Therapists: $160-180
Couples 60 or 75 minute session:
Licensed Therapists: $250-$300
Associate Therapists: $190-$240
Some of us are in-network with Cigna and Aetna so we can bill them directly without you having to submit a superbill. If we are out of network for you, you can check your insurance coverage with us here. We also work with Mentaya, which will automatically file out-of-network claims for you and help you potentially get partial reimbursement for my services.
Sliding scale spots are available on a case by case and time limited basis.
