As a W-2 Clinical Supervisor joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to provide consistent and quality supervision for associates, diversifying your therapeutic offerings and income. Clinical supervisor will supervise up to four associates, providing up to four hours of face-to-face supervision split into two triadic per week. Established supervisors can expect to build up to $40,800 annually based on 4-6 hours (four face-to-face and two admin hours) per week.
Ideal candidate
A natural teacher who can teach a modality well. They can demonstrate, break down, and provide specific interventions to associates so they can translate and practice them with each of their clients.
Growth-minded for themselves and their associates, invested in deepening and expanding associates' self-awareness, thus fostering confidence and capacity to provide their most authentic offerings for their clients.
Community-oriented - thoughtful about fostering a supportive and safe work and group culture where there's room for creativity, collaboration, and mutual support amongst team members. Able to model active contribution to the team and therapist's growth individually and with each other.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS). Additional training such as Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR training are a plus!
Identity-affirming, well-versed in working with neurodivergent and highly sensitive folx, and able to adapt and weave various therapeutic approaches through the IFS lens.
Passionate about supervising associates growing and expanding in their work with individual adults, teens, and couples.
Committed to conducting primarily triadic supervisions, with occasional individual and group supervisions.
Knowledgable about licensing regulations, keeping up to date with legal and ethical regulations within the industry
At least 2 years post-licensure, have completed required supervision CEUs, and are responsible for each renewal cycle.
Open and able to build up your supervisory caseload from 1 associate to 4 associates. Depending on how quickly associates can fill their caseloads, reaching four associates can take up to approximately 1 year or less.
Meet with the clinical director and support associates outside supervision hours, as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
$95 per face-to-face supervision hour for one associate
$120 per face-to-face supervision hour for two associates
$145 per face-to-face supervision hour for three associates
$190 per face-to-face supervision hour for four associates
$20 per hour additional support for associates outside of regular supervision hours. Anticipate 1-2 additional hours per week.
*The clinical director will review associates' clinical notes and provide administrative supervision.
Important job details
Supervisors must be willing to be paneled with group practice insurance contracts (Cigna And Aetna). The practice will take care of credentialing. Paneling with the group's contract will not subject you to accepting Cigna and Aetna in your own practice, as the paneling is with ToF's EIN.
Supervisors envision supervising for at least three years, the average number of years it takes for associates to gain all their hours for licensure if starting from post-graduate schooling.
